奶油纸杯蛋糕
1.蛋清打发,分次加糖,打至发泡。
2.蛋黄+牛奶+调和油+糖,打到糖溶解。
加泡打粉,低粉调到糊状。
3.蛋黄糊加入1/3蛋清泡沫,
搅拌均匀后倒入剩余2/3蛋清泡沫搅拌后倒入纸杯。
4.烤箱预热,纸杯放入烤箱190℃26分钟,
淋上一奶油完成
