蒸牛油巧克力蛋糕
材料:
自发粉200g,牛油180g,糖80g,鸡蛋5粒,练奶3大匙,可可粉1大匙
做法:
牛油加糖搅拌,分次加入蛋,打至糖溶,加入筛过的自发粉搅拌,加入练奶,搅拌均匀...面糊分一半加入可可粉,拌匀...面糊倒入蛋糕模约7分满即可
:中火蒸15分钟(小模型)
:中火蒸30分钟(大蛋糕模)
