酥炸尖不辣cempedak
材料:尖不辣cempedak/香蕉
脆浆糊:4汤匙面粉,4汤匙木薯粉,4汤匙沾米粉,1tsp发粉,1tsp soda粉,1汤匙黄牛油,1汤匙糖,水适量。
做法:
1~把脆浆糊搅拌均匀备用。
2~把cempedak沾上脆浆糊后拿去油炸,变金黄色后捞起沥干油分即可。
~辣椒酱做法~
小辣椒,蒜米,红辣椒,甜黑酱油,少许清水(全部搅拌均匀即可)
