苏打饼肉饼
材料:肉碎RM5,蒜米碎,鸡蛋—粒,面粉—小碗,苏打饼8片压碎。
腌料:肉碎,蒜米,酱油两汤匙,粟粉,胡椒粉,绍兴酒适量,拌匀备用。
做法:
先把肉碎搓成形状,沾上面粉和鸡蛋,在沾上苏打饼,放入油锅炸到两面黄色即可。
